Cabernet Sauvignon vines ripen their grapes slowly, espescially in cooler climates like the North Fork. The 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon  has been cool-fermented to extract all the exquisite fruit flavors it shows, like red current, and dark ripe cherries. This wine is full bodied with a smooth finish and will cellar for another 15 to 20 years.
