Lenz Old Vines Merlot is made from grapes grown in our oldest vineyard blocks, planted nearly 40 years ago. This Old Vines Merlot shows classic dark fruits like black cherry, black plums and currants. In order to designate an Old Vines Merlot we look for an exceptional depth and complexity to the aging potential. This wine has a long lasting cherry finish and has the potential to improve in the cellar for the next 20+ years.
